What it does
A webinar is twenty-odd manual steps before it happens and one forgotten step afterwards. Webinar and Event Marketing Agent builds both halves. Describe the event — name, date, format, audience, registration goal, speakers — and it produces the full campaign: a countdown and logistics calendar anchored on the event date, landing-page copy, three invite emails at T-21, T-14 and T-7, two reminders at T-3 and T-1, and social posts for LinkedIn, X and Instagram. Then it handles the part that usually gets dropped. Give it the registrant and attendance data and it segments everyone into Hot Lead, Warm, Attended-Nurture and No-show Re-engage, and prepares a scored handoff for sales. Follow-up is where webinar pipeline actually comes from, and it is the step that gets skipped because the event is over and everyone has moved on. The consent gate is a hard one and it sits exactly where it should. The CRM handoff returns an empty list until explicit consent is confirmed — participant contact data does not leave the agent otherwise, and the unconfirmed state is raised as a critical finding rather than a quiet omission. Handing a marketing list to sales without confirmed consent is a compliance problem in most jurisdictions and a Turkish KVKK problem specifically, and the safest place to enforce that is in the code path, not the process document.
