Prohibited agents

FindAgent reviews every submission. The following categories are prohibited. Submitting an agent in any of these categories will result in removal and may result in account suspension.

• 1. Illegal content

  Any material that is illegal under applicable law — CSAM, terrorist content, controlled-substance trafficking instructions, etc. Action: immediate ban + report to the appropriate authority (NCMEC / IWF / EE Police per jurisdiction).

• 2. Malware, phishing, credential exfiltration

  Agents engineered to extract secrets, embed persistent prompt-injection payloads, harvest credentials, or generate / deliver malware. Action: immediate suspension; persistent-prompt-injection authors permanently banned.

• 3. Targeted harassment & impersonation

  Real-person likeness without consent, doxxing, coordinated harassment campaigns, or impersonation of real individuals or organizations. Action: removal + temporary suspension; repeat offenders permanently banned.

• 4. Sexual content

  Sexual content is gated behind age-verification, which is not yet shipped. Until then: SFW-only is the default. Action: removal + warning on first offense; suspension on repeat.

• 5. Self-harm and eating-disorder promotion

  Agents that glorify, encourage, or provide methodology for self-harm or restrictive eating behavior. Action: immediate removal; auto-display of crisis-hotline resources to the user.

• 6. Election or health misinformation

  Agents that produce demonstrably false claims about elections, voting procedures, vaccines, or medical treatments. Action: removal + creator warning; repeat → suspension.

• 7. IP / copyright infringement

  Verbatim reproduction of copyrighted works, derivative agents trained on stolen IP, or agents designed to bypass DRM. Handled via the DMCA §512 takedown process — see internal SOP. Action: takedown on valid notice; counter-notice flow available.

• 8. Spam and low-effort agents

  Auto-generated boilerplate, agents with no meaningful prompt engineering, duplicate listings, or pure-marketing agents. Action: weekly batch review; removal; repeat offenders rate-limited from submitting.

• 9. Off-platform monetization workarounds

  Agents that bypass FindAgent's revenue split — hidden paid services in nominally-free agents, payment redirects to external sites, or coupon codes that route around the marketplace. Action: removal + payout freeze pending review.
