What it does
Keeps asking until a request is genuinely buildable. Scores eight readiness slots into an explainable confidence, asks one question at a time, records what nobody answered as an open risk, then writes the use case, acceptance criteria, ticket drafts and process flow. Provided-data and deterministic: no repository access, no network, no credentials, and it creates nothing in any tracker.
