What it does
Looker Dashboard Summarizer pulls a Looker (or compatible BI) dashboard's tile results via a read-only Analytics API — or accepts a caller-supplied export — and runs a deterministic analysis: KPI summary, period-over-period change, highest/lowest contributor, threshold breaches, and a confidence score. Every number is code-derived; an LLM then writes only the narrative summary and recommendations, with a deterministic template fallback. Gated: live collection is restricted to allowlisted sandbox hosts and is pending a sandbox key; tests, evals, and typical use run entirely on mock fixtures or a provided export with no live network. Guardrails: read-only, prompt-injection defang, credential masking, PII masking, never a production instance. Built for BI and analytics teams who want automated dashboard narration instead of manually eyeballing Looker tiles.
